Canterbury Lakes is a Standard Pacific Homes development in lovely Tampa, Florida. New in 2004 and 2005, all 346 homes here are single-family. Many of the homesites have views of beautiful ponds and natural conservation. Convenient to I-75, shopping and other entertainment this neighborhood is a definite winner.
Tampa, and the nearby communities of Brandon and Riverview, have fine restaurants and casual dining, small shops and major department stores, convenience stores, home improvement centers and discount supercenters. The Tampa Bay area is home to 4 major sports franchises, including the Super Bowl XXXVII Champion Buccaneers and the Stanley Cup winning Lightning.
